Heuchera 'Obsidian'

Description

This dramatic hybrid has maroon-black leaves, forming a bold mound that commands attention. Sends up sprays of red stemmed spikes with tiny white flowers in spring.

Heuchera is commonly known as "Coral Bells" with hundreds of varieties and hybrids. The plants form round mounds with a woody crown and small, bell-shaped flowers that emerge on tall stems. The foliage is beautiful and textured, coming in shades from purple, rose, gold, lime green and more. The foliage height of most cultivars reaches 8" to 12" and spread 1' to 2'. Flower stalks reach 1' to 3' tall. Deer resistant and pollinators love the spring blooms!
