Description
Mexican limes are the preferred fruit by pie bakers and bartenders worldwide. This vigorous grower is cold sensitive and loves warmer climates where it produces green fleshed, juicy, golf ball sized limes on a nearly thornless tree. The fragrant flowers, yellow-green limes make this an attractive tree year round.
This lovely tree produces scented blooms with a sweet, light scent. The pretty white flowers are followed by petite green limes that turn green-yellow when ripe.
Fragrant, long-blooming citrus trees are perfect for the Northern California garden. Their evergreen nature provides rich green color all year round. Not to mention the abundant and delicious fruit you will harvest.
