Lime 'Rangpur'

Description

The Rangpur, or Mandarin Lime is a vigorous growing, small, compact tree with orange fruit and orange to red flesh. You may think you are looking at a small orange, but this is definitely a lime with its sharp, distinct, lemon-lime flavor! New growth is lightly purple-tinted and the fragrant flowers are blushed with purple.

This tree has hourglass-shaped, deep green, glossy leaves on thorny stems with distinctive, warty green fruit. The fabulous fragrance is refreshing and uplifting.
