We are open year-round except on the following U.S. holidays:

PLANT OR GARDENING QUESTIONS
Evergreen Nursery is here to help with all your gardening needs. If you have plant or gardening questions, we can answer many of them via phone, email, or in person:
Call us at (510) 632-1522. We appreciate hearing from you and value your time. Please note that our call volume can be very high at times, especially on weekends. We thank you for your patience as we answer calls, return messages, and check inventories for specific plants, which often require physical confirmation in the nursery.
Email our Digital Help Desk. This is an excellent way for us to help you with more complex issues or horticultural questions. We may not be able to reply back on the same day, but one of our plant experts will get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
Visit us at the nursery. Our retail staff are knowledgeable plant-lovers who can answer many questions plus direct you to items you are seeking. If you need professional assistance with plant identification, disease diagnosis, or pest infestation, please do one of the following:
1) Send Photos to our Digital Help Desk along with a description of your plant's issue. OR
2) Bring us a physical sample to assess at the nursery. For the safety of our plant collection, please enclose ALL cuttings or plant material in a closed plastic bag. Thank you!
