If you need technical assistance with plant identification, disease diagnosis, or pest infestation, you have two options: 

1) Send Photos to our Help Desk and include a description of your plant's issue including when it began and how it has progressed. Provide as much detail as possible about your plant's history such as when you bought it, daily light or shade exposure, soil conditions, fertilization cycles, and watering schedules. This will give us the context to help figure out what might be going on with your plant.

2) Bring us a physical sample to assess at the nursery. For the safety of our nursery plant collection, please enclose ALL cuttings or plant material in a closed plastic bag. Thank you!
